To serve the IDPs in District Mardan, RAHBAR under the PAIMAN Project established Birthing Centers in Rural Health Center (RHC) Shahbaz Gari and RHC Toru. These Birthing Centers were fully equipped and were delivering 24 hours services to the IDPs in the host community. Medicines were provided free of cost to the IDPs. Emergency drugs were available for the mothers and the new born. The Birth Centers were supervised and monitored by the Health Department and the PAIMAN authorities in collaboration with the RAHBAR.
