Community Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM) for conflict Affected People of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (October 2009 – February 2010):
The project Community Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM) for Conflict-Affected people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was a joint venture of UNICEF, Save the Children, and RAHBAR to implement the Community Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM). Nutrition activities were carried out with a view to addressing the issues related to malnutrition in children and PLW and in order to prevent and reduce the incidence of moderate and severe acute malnutrition among children and females. RAHBAR implemented the community outreach component (screening, referral, and awareness sessions).
